• If UPS responds that it can't track your package, don't despair.  We may have shipped it manually without a reference number, or the UPS database may be offline.
• It usually takes a few hours after we electronically transmit the shipping information to UPS for it to show up in their system.  If we shipped your package today, you typically won't see the tracking info until after 9 p.m. Pacific time tonight.

Q.  What does it mean when UPS responds "Billing Information Received"? 
A.  When we electronically transmit our "end of day" information to UPS, they know that a package is coming.  It may or may not have been picked up by the driver at that point.  Until the package reaches the first UPS depot and gets scanned you will only see "Billing Information Received."  After that first scan (usually mid-evening), the tracking system will update with the delivery date, destination city, and other data.

In the box below, enter your 4-digit order number after SterSis.  If this is a return without a new order number use the last five characters of your RA# (such as 1025A). If we have processed your shipment, you will get the tracking information, although on shipping day you typically won't see it until in the evening.  If UPS responds that it can't track that reference number it may be that: (a) we just shipped it today—try again after about 9 p.m. Pacific time; (b) we haven't shipped it yet; (c) your package was handled manually and was not automatically assigned a reference number; or (d) the UPS database is offline.
