Reminder . . .
• All returns must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) clearly visible on the outside label of your package. Please do not send any merchandise to us until you have received your RA#.
• Be sure to ship your return with a tracking number and insurance.
• Pack your items in a well-padded bubble mailer, not a paper envelope.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Please Read This Before Returning Any Products To Us
You Must Obtain A Return Authorization Number First

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY: We will be happy to repair or replace (at our option) any item that you have purchased from us in which there is a defect in manufacturing or workmanship, provided that you notify us within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the item.  We will not charge you for the repair or replacement, or for return shipping back to you.  Please note that this limited warranty does not apply to resizing of items if we made the item correctly according to the size you ordered (within plus or minus 1/4").  It also does not apply to items which have been damaged or broken through use, or items that you have lost.

If you simply want to return a new, undamaged item for a refund within thirty days, we charge a 20% fee to help defray the cost of our good-faith labor and non-reusable materials (such as wire and crimp beads) and will refund the difference.  We do not refund shipping.

We will be happy to repair or modify any product that you have purchased from us that does not fall within the above limited warranty.  We can resize strands, add strands, add charms, add beads, etc.  (Exception: We cannot change the length of our charm link or bangle bracelets.)

We will also provide this service on items that were not purchased from us if it is within our ability to do so, and we charge an additional $10.00.

There is a nominal restringing fee (plus shipping) of $10.00 for single-strand bracelets, $15.00 for double-strands, $20.00 for triple-strands, $25.00 for four strands, and $30.00 for five strands, as we must completely disassemble the bracelet and provide all new wire.  (We are required by law to add sales tax to the cost of items shipping to a California address.)

There may also be additional charges if new materials are needed, such as letters ($2.00 each), clasp (from $4.00 to $7.00), beads, spacers, etc.  For bracelets over 8", we charge 50 cents per quarter-inch per strand (the same as on new bracelets) for each quarter-inch over 8".  Child bracelets lengthened to 7" or longer will incur adult bracelet charges.

Additional strands can be added to our mothers bracelets (up to a maximum of five on most styles).  We charge the same amount for additional strands as we would if you were ordering a new one-strand bracelet in that style.

Before you return anything to us, you must email us and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which you must prominently show on the outside label of your package.  In your email, please describe the issue, whether you feel that it falls within the scope of our limited warranty, and what exactly you want us to do with the item(s).  Also include the original order number, and, if you are not the original purchaser, the name and address of the original purchaser.  We also need an email address and phone number where we can reach you if we have questions for you about the work.  If there will be charges involved, we will need to know how you wish to pay.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  When we issue you your RA# by return email, we will provide you with complete shipping instructions.

We strongly urge you to use a form of shipment that
provides insurance and a tracking number as we cannot
be responsible for items that go astray and never reach us.

Be sure to package your item(s) in a well-padded
bubble mailer or box to prevent damage or loss in transit.
A standard paper envelope is not sufficient.

Please do NOT send any returns without first obtaining
an RA#.  We cannot be responsible for them, and we
reserve the right to refuse any such deliveries.

 
Resizing
• Is your new bracelet too short? Too long? Visit our resizing page for information on getting it fixed.

Very Important . . .
• Don't forget to enclose a note in your return package with your name, address, phone number, and email address. We may need to contact you regarding your return.
• If there will be charges, please include your credit card info, too.
