outside label of your package. Shipments without an RA# will be returned
to you unopened.

Restringing Your Bracelet
|
If you are here to have another strand added to your existing Sterling
Sisters mothers bracelet, please visit our

Is your wire bracelet too short or too long? Need to be restrung or
repaired? We can help.
At the bottom of this page click on the number of strands in your bracelet
and you will be taken to our restringing order page. You will then check out using our secure shopping cart, just
as if you were placing an order for a new bracelet. Your personal and
payment information will be collected there.
IMPORTANT: If this was a gift, or if you did not order
the bracelet under your name, please also give us some information that will
help us locate the original order in our database, such as the original
order number or the purchaser's name. (If you have the packaging that
your bracelet came in, the Reference Number on the UPS
label beginning with SterSis will do just fine.)
There is a base charge of $10.00 to restring a single strand bracelet, $15.00
for a two-strand, $20.00 for a three-strand, $25.00 for a four-strand, and
$30.00 for a five-strand as we must completely disassemble your
bracelet and provide all new wire. Lengths over 8 inches are charged $0.50 per strand
for each quarter-inch over 8 inches.
If additional materials are required, such as replacing
lost or damaged items (beads, letter blocks, clasp, etc.) there will be additional charges over
the restringing fee. If the bracelet was not purchased from us
originally
we charge a one-time fee of $10.00.
If this is a child's bracelet being lengthened to 7" or more, there
will be an additional charge to convert it to adult length.

Link and Bangle Bracelets |
| • We are not able to change the length
of our link and bangle bracelets as they are pre-sized at the factory.
We are only able to resize our wire bracelets. |

Bracelet Lengths |
| • Due to the width of the beads and
other components, we cannot always be perfectly precise with bracelet
lengths. We can generally come within plus/minus 1/4" of your desired
size. |
